Important Information
Open Times & Admissions
Our school operates on a four-term calendar, with doors opening at 7 am and closing at 5 pm. Our morning sessions are as follows:

Willows Garden (for ages 18 months to 3.5 years): 8 am to 12:30 pm

Willows Park (for ages 3.5 years to 6 years): 8 am to 1 pm

Willows Primary (Monday to Thursday: 8 am to 2 pm, Friday: 8 am to 1 pm)​

Aftercare services are available from 1 pm to 5 pm
Holiday Club operates from 7 am to 1 pm.
Our office hours are from 7 am to 1 pm.​
Uniforms
We provide school hats and bags for all age groups, issued upon enrolment.

In Primary, our uniform includes a golf shirt with an embroidered school badge, short-sleeved for summer and long-sleeved for winter, paired with shorts or skorts for warmer months and a tracksuit for colder weather. These items can be purchased new or second-hand from the school. Additionally, navy jerseys or pullovers are available at department stores.
While shoes are not specified we encourage practical footwear suitable for running and sports activities.
Aftercare
Our aftercare program offers a comforting 'home-from-home' atmosphere, available from 1 pm on the school grounds. Children enjoy a blend of free play and craft activities, with an emphasis on relaxation and creativity. Parents are kindly asked to pack a second lunchbox for aftercare. We provide fruit and tea, and on Fridays we treat the children to delicious salad rolls. During the summer months, swimming is a popular aftercare activity. Billing for aftercare is adaptable, tailored to individual usage of the service.
Holiday Club
​Our Holiday Club offers a fantastic opportunity for socialising and creativity. Children can indulge in baking, games, and arts and crafts.
The club operates during school holidays, staffed by our teachers from 7 am to 1 pm.
Billing is calculated per day of service usage.
